Cottage facilities

All cottages have an  INITIAL STARTER  supply of - Washing up / Dishwasher Tabs, Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Roll, Cleaning Products, Foil Etc.
  • All cottages are well equipped for your needs including Dishwashers / Electric Ovens / Microwaves / Fridge with Freezer compartments / Toasters /  Hair dryer /  DVD * Players ..
  •  *(DVD ‘s ,  Games  &  Books  are not supplied , we feel this is a personal choice )  
  • Electric is included for your Cottage accommodation only .
  • We Do Not offer the  supply , for the charging of Your Electric Vehicles. 
          All Cottages have access to WIFI  broadband
          Cotterill Barn & The Farmhouse have own individual WiFi  Router.
         The Dairy , The Granary,  Millstone,  Haystore and Milking Parlour have own 4G  WiFi Router 
         However please note that this is 
          subject to the availability / Speed due to our very rural location and incoming supply 
          As a result the Wi-fi facility may not suitable for gaming or TV Streaming
  • Mobile Phone  signal** is also very limited within the locality .

Please note we cannot be held responsible for disruption or failure of any of these services**, interruptions, breakdowns or removal of any services / facilities which are not within our control.
  • All cottages have enough parking space for your desired cottage, please get in touch if you feel you may need additional spaces
  •  All the cottages have access to a seating area and lawn, some cottages have their own private garden/lawn and seating area,
  • All cottages have access to a washer and dryer. Some cottages have use of our shared laundry room. We encourage you to dry your items out on one of our washing lines .
  • All guests have access to a dry  open fronted bike store guests are required to bring their own means of security / locking for their bikes.
  • ​We ask that Bikes, Buggy's and Pushchairs are NOT taken into the cottages - Thank you.
  • Most Major Supermarkets deliver online shopping orders in the area - BUT please do not arrange a delivery time until you have arrived in your cottage,  as no one can accept the order on your behalf
  • We do not permit. anywhere within the boundaries of Cotterill Farm land
  •  Any Campfires.
  • We ask that you do not feed any livestock 
  • Please feel free to bring Your own BBQ 
  • BUT  If using  disposable Tray BBQs place  on the stones provided on the picnic tables & Dispose  responsibility.  
  • Peak District National Park actively discourage use of Disposable Tray BBQS .
  • All cottages are on a septic tanks - so only soft Toilet Tissue should be flushed
