Cotterill barn is a detached cottage situated at the drive entrance which has its own garden surrounded by traditional limestone walls, it has its own lawn/seating area.
There are 2 external doors leading out onto the gravel, one from the kitchen/diner and the second is from the living room, making it ideal for a dog friendly cottage.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite with shower/WC and a door leading outside with original stone steps
The second bedroom with 2 single beds with its own en-suite with shower/ WC .
The barn also has its own lockable bike/pushchair shed.
