WE ENDEAVOUR TO RESPOND WITHIN. 48 hrs . Response to Enquiry Form is Not Automated.
If you wish to proceed with a booking we will email you with how to pay.
Subject to payment by bank transfer or cheque - we will email with confirmation of the booking.

A deposit of £100 per week per cottage (£200 for The Farmhouse) is required.

If the booking is 28  or less prior to your stay with us, then the full rental becomes payable following confirmation on availability.

We welcome bank transfers and Cheques, currently we do not have facilities for payments by debit or credit cards.
If the booking is within 14 nights of your stay, we will require payment by Interbank transfer.
*CANCELLATIONS .*

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL
For ANY booking cancelled;  - 
 
- At least 28 days**  ( not including arrival day) before the proposed start of your stay. 
 There will be a £25.00 Administration fee deducted from any deposit already made.
 ** Christmas Bookings full balance will be due 42 days ( 6 Weeks ) 

- **Once full payment has been made, cancellation within 28 ( 42 Christmas ) - 8  days of the start of your stay, 
 We will endeavour to relet the cottage out - if we succeed we will return any balance, less A £50 Administration  fee & less any discount that has been offered, to fore fill a new booking.
- If we fail to re-let the full rental will be retained.

- **Within 7 days FULL rental will be retained.

Once a deposit has been paid, If the full balance is not paid before the 28 days prior , at discretion of Cotterill Farm Cottages, a booking may be cancelled and any deposit will not be refunded.

**Holidays not taken, for ANY reason  , inc. non-arrival, delayed arrival or early vacation of cottage.  
  NO REFUND will be given.

*Guests are therefore advised to seek and take out own holiday insurance policy and agree to have read  our 
 terms and conditions pages .
Pet Policy

No Pets are permitted  except for dogs staying in Cotterill  Barn
Day Visitors are welcome , but Their Dogs , are not permitted,- in  any Cottage -  In The Grounds/ Garden  of  Cotterill Farm Cottages.. 
No pets  allowed to be kept in vehicles,  at any time.

Guide Dogs and Service Assisted Dogs are accepted, by arrangement, therefore No guarantee can be given that a dog has not previously stayed in any cottage.

Cotterill Farm Barn - Dog Policy -
 The only cottage that accepts up to two well behaved dogs.&  No other pets. 
 Puppies under 7 months old are not accepted . 
Owners are asked to act responsible and make sure that you;
Clean up after your dogs AT ALL TIMES - on and off site.
Dogs are to be kept undercontrol at all times and NOT to cause any nuisance.
NEVER to be left unattended in either the cottage or the garden *at any time.
Note - * Enclosed Garden , Dry Stone wall is low  in places . 
NOT to be allowed  on any of the furniture. or upstairs . Not to cause any damage, chase livestock or to be taken up to any part of the Farm and other cottages. 
To leave cottage in good clean order as found.
No housekeeping deposit is taken, BUT if excessive cleaning is required, on your departure by having your dog stay - this will result in a charge being claimed.
Other  Policies 

Electric is included for your  Cottage accommodation only .
We Do Not offer the supply for the charging of Your Electric Vehicles. 


Smoking is NOT permitted inside any part of your Accommodation ,inc stood on door step or communal buildings .
Please note smoking includes use of vapours and/or e-cigarettes.
You and your party must not use candles, fireworks or Chinese lanterns.
Hot Tubs - Hired or portable- not permitted.

Occupancy Limits

Occupancy is limited to a maximum of;
3 guests in The Millstone , The Milking Parlour +1  cot  and The *Haystore.
4 guests in Cotterill Barn, The Granary,  and The Dairy
8 guests in The Farmhouse. + 1 cot . 
No under 8’s   years accepted in the *Haystore . 


The number of guests CANNOT BE EXCEEDED .
Day Viisitors are welcome , but they must not stay overnight , cause nuisance to other cottage guests.
They Must  Also NOT  BRING or TAKE  DOGS  INTO ANY COTTAGE,  The GROUNDS  / GARDENS  of  Cotterill Farm or  be left in any vehicle.. 

Any breach of the above conditions will mean that the entire party will be asked and required to leave immediately.

Arrivals & Departures

Arrivals from - 4.PM 
We prefer, any  late  arrivals - no later than 10. 30 pm. 

Anyone arriving earlier 4.PM , will not automatically have access to their cottage.

Departures strictly by 10 AM . ( Housekeeping may want to enter after 10 15 am )
The Timings  are due to our Housekeeping schedule .- 
We go to great lengths to have the cottages immaculate on your arrival so we appreciate guests leaving their cottage in good order on their departure.

Although a housekeeping charge is not requested, a charge will be sought if on departure a cottage is left in an unacceptable condition , any Damage or additional cleaning is required.

Left belongings , will not be returned by posted , unless costs are prepaid - . Please therefor check your cottage thoroughly before vacation.

Due to the rural location arrival & departure in winter conditions is  beyond our control.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for disruption or failure of any services, interruptions, breakdowns or removal of any services / facilities which may or may not be within our control.
