WILL BE REMOVED FROM
MONDAY 28th March . 2022 .
Any Bookings previously paid for , in part or full , prior to the removal date
will still be covered, by these T & C .
As We want everyone who comes to Cotterill Farm to feel welcome and in the knowledge we have done our best in keeping Guests , Housekeepers & ourselves safe .
Obviously Our Housekeeping Team will keep to our usual very highest
standards of cleanliness and during
preparation of your cottage.
We have, under guidance removed some
-some decorative bedroom soft furnishings
- information folders , leaflets , maps etc .
The shared Guests Laundry, is open
(with some restrictions)

In light of the UK , ever changing circumstances surrounding the coronavirus and the uncertainties that come with it,.

1- ONLY - Under Government or Local Restrictions -
If any. restrictions
apply that prevent your stay -
We will offer full refund, of any money already paid or offer to defer *your dates .
Deferred dates* will be conditional..
2- ONLY - If within 5. days , ( inc arrival day ) of your arrival,*
If you or A member of your own * individual household have to self isolate Due to a Positive case .
A Full refund will only be offered - when is It confirmed - Name , Address & date proven .
If No Proof is Given - our standard terms & condition apply .
This does not cover the *remaining guests in the party booking from separate Households
If you Show symptoms of covid 19 , or instructed to self isolate during your stay .
ALL your party must leave the Cottage Immediately , back to your main residence. .
You must not self isolate at Cotterill Farm.

Therefore will not be held Liable .
No compensation will be given for , early vacation , cancelled bookings by either Guests or Cotterill Farm.
FAQs
Offer to defer dates *
Customers may defer the start date of their booking
to within 12 months, of Original booking , subject to availability.
We will retain any money paid, & waive administration chargers.
But, depending on the cost of the accommodation of the new booking, you may have to make a further payment or may receive a partial refund with respect to the cost of accommodation.
