Superb holiday cottage - lovely views, beautiful features, toasty warm, plenty of pots/dishes/cutlery etc. Loved the Japanese bath!
We will definitely be back. And although it is on a small complex of other cottages, you aren’t overlooked and we never really saw anyone else - totally relaxing and quiet.

We feel we struck gold with this property. It is so stunning! The views are to die for! The sheep in the field added to the fun. They are so gorgeous and full of character. When they got used to me we had great converasations! The walks to the dales nearby are amazing! The pub is virtually 5 minutes walk! What more can you ask for! It has absolutely everything any hiker or a lover of countryside needs. The place is great for a nice relaxing holiday or an active for those who like to explore and go for ragged walks. Absolutely loved it!

fabulous accommodation. very clean, well equipped, comfortable and warm. lovely walks nearby and pub very nice and friendly, good food and drink at reasonable prices. would definately like to book again, New Years Eve was firework free.....heaven

Great cottage in a nice area for gentle walks and bike rides. I particularly liked the conservatory at the side where you can sit and watch the sheep. We found everything was clean and easy to use. Nice open-plan space with vaulted ceiling yet was kept warm enough and had smooth surfaces. Great conversion!

A well equipped, characterful and comfortable cottage. Amazing walking on your doorstep. A great base for the main Peak District attractions but quiet and surrounded by wonderful countryside.

Very good accommodation & excellent VFM. A little cramped for four adults, but functional & cosy. We didn’t really use any local amenities, travelling to National Trust properties & the tram museum most days, all of which were within one hour’s drive.

Had a lovely stay in The Granary at Cotterill Farm Cottages. Very clean with everything we needed for our week's holiday. Views from the cottage are amazing and the village of Hartington only 2 minute drive away.

Great place to spend new year, if you want a cosy place to stay, access to lovely countryside and fantastic local pubs!

Very comfortable and in a good location. Only downside for some may be the steep and slightly uneven steps up to the property. Not a problem for most but may want to consider before booking

This was our first visit to Cotterill Farm. We found The Milking Parlour very warm and cosy. It was well equipped and the views of the surrounding countryside were good. We hope to visit again.

One of the cleanest and well equipped cottages we have ever stayed in. The location was within 30 minutes of most major towns and attractions in the Peak District. Would definitely stay on site again if visiting the area. Thanks for a great cottage.
